Phil Hart released his debut album, "Love's Vast Ocean", locally in Northern Ireland, in 2001. Since then, he has received feedback and interest from far beyond these shores. Not least of these was an invitation to re-release the album in a different format, on a larger scale through Whole World Media Group.
